Workforce is the labour pool in employment. Labour force are those working for a single company or industry. The workforce of a country includes both the employed and the unemployed.
In Russia the working age population are males aged 16-59 and females aged 16-54.
Workforce analysis provides information on workforce availability/shortages, gender/ age/education level composition, labour force costs, potential and allows the company management to understand if it makes practical sense to launch a new project in the region in terms of the workforce.
